Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 3 Tbs Raw Honey
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Set oven to 375
- Melt coconut oil and honey in microwave for about 10 seconds
- In a bowl, mix together melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Stir in coconut flour, shredded coconut and chocolate chips
- Place on baking sheet and press down to create the shape you want
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown
